Description
Control Point Associates is hiring an experienced Crew Chief to supervise and lead survey crews in field operations, including construction stakeouts, topographical surveys, boundary analysis, and as-built surveys. The role requires advanced surveying equipment and software expertise, field calculations, data management, equipment and vehicle safety, crew mentoring, client communication, and the ability to work overtime and travel overnight. Candidates need at least five years of surveying experience in a managerial or leadership role, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in varied weather and construction environments. Compensation is $30-$48 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
