BKF is hiring an experienced Land Survey Project Manager for Northern California to lead survey professionals and manage complex West Coast surveying projects. The role covers project scoping, proposals, schedules, budgets, contract administration, quality control, client communication, billing, deliverables, staffing, training, and compliance. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, an active California Professional Land Surveyor license, at least 8 years of surveying experience including 2 years in responsible charge of field survey work, and extensive knowledge of land surveying practices, California regulations, project management, and team leadership. The position offers an annual base salary of $130,000-$185,000, paid biweekly, with benefits and a hybrid work arrangement indicated.
