BKF is hiring an experienced Land Survey Project Manager in Northern California to lead survey teams and manage complex West Coast projects. The role covers scope definition, proposals, schedules, budgets, project execution, quality and contract compliance, billing, client communication, deliverable review, staffing, training, and technical leadership. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, an active California Professional Land Surveyor license, at least 8 years of professional surveying experience including 2 years in responsible charge of field survey work, and extensive knowledge of land surveying, project management, and California surveying requirements. The position is hybrid-eligible, requires occasional travel, and pays $130,000-$185,000 annually.
