BKF is hiring an experienced Land Survey Project Manager for Northern California to lead survey professionals and manage complex West Coast projects. The role covers project scoping, proposals, scheduling, budgets, execution, quality and contract compliance, client communication, billing, deliverable review, scope changes, staffing, training, and standards compliance. Applicants need a relevant bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent experience, an active California Professional Land Surveyor license, at least 8 years of professional surveying experience including 2 years in responsible charge of field survey work, broad land-surveying expertise, project management and contract administration skills, and strong leadership and presentation abilities. The position is hybrid, may require travel, and pays $130,000–$185,000 annually.
