The role manages survey documents, quality control, project budgets, billing, client communication, staff and technical resources, business development, and project profitability. Candidates need at least eight years of survey experience, New York Land Surveyor licensure, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Compensation is $100,000–$150,000+ annually, with a $10,000 signing bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
