The role manages survey documents, quality control, stakeholder reporting, staff and technical resources, client communication, budgets, billing, collections, contract preparation, and business development. Candidates need at least eight years of survey experience, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, strong communication and client-relations skills, and the ability to work both in the field and in the office. A bachelor's degree and land surveyor licensure are preferred but not required, and the position offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and a $5,000 signing bonus.
