Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Land Surveyor to manage and coordinate boundary, topographic, and subdivision survey projects; prepare maps, records of survey, and legal descriptions; ensure regulatory compliance; lead field crews and technicians; manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables; advise engineering teams; and maintain client and stakeholder relationships. The role requires South Carolina Professional Land Surveyor registration, a bachelor's degree preferred, at least five years of relevant land-surveying experience, Carlson Survey, GPS, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D proficiency, and an on-site Monday–Thursday and Friday schedule.
