The Property Technical Professional will lead technical research, property identification, documentation, reports, and technical support for concession and infrastructure projects. The role coordinates with legal, social, supervisory, and regulatory stakeholders; supports property owners and authorities; and handles technical petitions, complaints, and claims. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering, cadastral engineering, surveying, or a related field, five years of experience as a Property Technical Professional, and proficiency in AutoCAD and ArcGIS, along with knowledge of surveying and property inventories.
