Description
The role manages direct project design teams, production, schedules, quality, budgets, permits, and client and consultant communications across residential, commercial, urban infill, mixed-use, industrial, hospitality, and parks-and-recreation projects. It also serves as a technical resource, stamps work, mentors junior staff, and assists with business development. The position requires at least 8 years of land-development or rezoning/land-entitlements experience, Landscape Architect registration, AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency, and experience with design software, permitting, codes, and construction documents.
