Description
Michael Baker International is hiring a Landscape Architect Project Manager with PLA to manage landscape architecture projects from conceptual design through construction documents and closeout, including highway, federal facilities, and public works projects. The role involves preparing AutoCAD and MicroStation construction documents, analyzing site conditions, developing design concepts and reports, preparing specifications and cost estimates, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, conducting site visits, supporting construction-phase services, and maintaining quality assurance. The position requires a landscape architecture degree, 8–12 years of professional experience, a current Landscape Architect license with PLA, and proficiency in relevant design software. Compensation is $101,504.00–$159,889.60 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
