Description
The employer is hiring a Landscape Architect to join a real estate development design team focused on boutique hospitality assets. The role reports to the Landscape Lead, collaborates with architects, engineers, CGI artists, and other design professionals, and advances projects from concept through detailed design and construction. Responsibilities include landscape design, hardscape and softscape systems, grading, drainage, planting plans, specifications, technical documentation, and site responses. The position requires a landscape architecture degree, 5–10 years of professional experience including international projects, hospitality and residential background, technical design skills, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or SketchUp, professional English, and a portfolio. It is a fully remote full-time collaboration.
