Description
McAdams is hiring a Landscape Architecture Practice Manager to lead and oversee the operational management of a landscape architecture team of one to four employees. The role manages complex projects from conceptual design through construction administration, distributes workloads, approves design deliverables, supports quality assurance, mentors team members, oversees budgets and profitability, participates in contract and financial forecasting, develops proposals and outreach, and contributes to the practice’s strategic vision. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, planning, or a related field, at least seven years of experience, RLA licensure, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. The work is primarily office-based with field work and occasional lifting and physical site demands.
