Rea Landscape Management is hiring a full-time, entry-level Landscape Construction Crew Member in Charleston to install landscapes, irrigation systems, drainage, and grading features; operate Bobcats and mini-excavators; read landscape plans; maintain safe work sites; and work in all weather conditions. The role requires 1–2 years of landscape installation experience, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and attention to detail. Compensation is $18–$23, with paid holidays, PTO, medical insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.
