The role involves overseeing daily on-site operations, supervising crews, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Candidates need supervising experience in hardscape construction, leadership and communication skills, familiarity with outdoor hardscape construction processes, and the ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions. The salary is $30 to $40.
