Description
The Landmark Group is hiring a full-time seasonal Landscape Construction Lead Hand to help lead crews on high-end residential landscape projects. The role involves installing hardscape features, grading, drainage, site preparation, operating construction equipment, reading plans, maintaining jobsite organization and safety, and guiding other crew members. Candidates should have landscape or construction experience, equipment and grading experience, a valid driver's license, and strong attention to detail; leadership experience is an asset. The position pays $26–$34 per hour, runs from mid-March through December with possible winter work, and includes bonuses, clothing and boot allowances, benefits, training, and an opportunity to grow into a foreman role.
