Description
Outerland is hiring a Landscape Construction Manager to lead field operations for its construction division. The role is primarily on-site and involves overseeing site preparation, grading, masonry, hardscape, planting, and drainage; directing multiple crews; training and mentoring field staff; managing schedules, budgets, safety, and performance reviews; and maintaining equipment and fleet readiness. Candidates need at least five years of landscape construction experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, basic computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license, Massachusetts hoisting license, and DOT medical card or ability to obtain them. The position offers paid time off, paid holidays, 401K matching, health, dental, and vision benefits, supplemental benefits, and an annual salary of $75,000 to $110,000.
