Description
The role manages design development, contract documents, cost estimates, client relations, staff supervision, and mentoring for large-scale master-planned, residential, commercial, mixed-use, and recreational projects. It also leads design, project, and task management; works with clients on master plans, site plans, and entitlement processes; and handles business development, proposals, networking, and budget and backlog reporting. The position requires a Landscape Architecture or Planning degree, professional registration, at least five years of relevant experience, strong illustration and rendering skills, knowledge of AutoCAD, FX Works, Photoshop, and Sketch Up, financial management ability, and experience with local codes, ordinances, and public agency standards.
