Description
The role manages landscape maintenance across The Homesteads, LOV, and LCA properties, including landscape and right-of-way contractors, irrigation systems, pond maintenance, erosion and drainage controls, wildlife management, and property-owner concerns. It also supervises landscape and right-of-way personnel, establishes budgets, authorizes payments, and maintains employee evaluations. The position requires a horticulture degree or equivalent experience, leadership and communication skills, budgeting ability, Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, outdoor work capability, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work on uneven terrain.
