Description
The Landscape Technician performs routine groundskeeping and light building maintenance across multiple retail banking and main office facilities. Responsibilities include mowing, planting and trimming, snow removal, cleaning exterior areas, installing hardscaping and furnishings, pressure washing, gutter and roof-drain cleaning, equipment maintenance, and responding to work orders and service requests. The role requires at least one year of landscape maintenance experience, zero-turn mower operation, a company-sanctioned vehicle, strong communication and customer-service skills, computer and Outlook proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather. The position is scheduled 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET, with occasional voluntary overtime, and pays $21.50 to $28.00 per hour.
