Description
The Landscape Technician supports routine maintenance across assigned bank locations by maintaining grass, trees, shrubs, ground cover, parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior areas. The role responds to work orders, performs groundskeeping, minor building and equipment repairs, snow removal, cleanups, hardscaping, and customer-facing service requests. It requires at least one year of landscape maintenance experience, zero-turn mower operation, a company-sanctioned vehicle, strong communication and customer-service skills, iPad and smartphone proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with possible occasional evening or weekend overtime, and pays $21.50 to $28.00 per hour.
