Description
The Landscape Manager oversees turf, shrub, plant, irrigation, flower-bed, and property maintenance for ROA and LCA properties. The role leads ROA staff, coordinates projects, inspects properties and subcontractor work, resolves inspection findings, interacts with property owners and Reynolds Lake Oconee staff, and handles holiday decorations. It requires horticultural knowledge, project-management ability, strong communication, a valid driver’s license, physical labor capability, and equipment-operation skills.
