Description
The Landscaping Construction Team Lead/Operator directs landscape construction personnel, organizes labour and equipment, and supports the safe, timely, and budget-compliant completion of projects. The role includes grading, heavy equipment operation, blueprint interpretation, crew delegation, safety enforcement, site organization, reporting, and problem-solving. It is a full-time hourly position based on 44 hours weekly, with additional evening and weekend work as required, and pays $35–$40 per hour.
