DB House and Garden Service GmbH is hiring a Landscaping and Landscape Construction Manager to independently manage landscaping construction projects, organize machinery and materials, lead a team of 2–4 people, supervise trainees, ensure timely and quality project completion, coordinate customers and architects, and provide digital reporting. The role requires landscaping training or further education, trainer qualification under AEVO, communication and employee leadership competencies, and basic knowledge of job planning, customer consultation, site supervision, and machine operation; a driver’s license class BE, C/CE is desirable.
