The role performs landscaping and outdoor-construction work on site, including paving paths and squares, building terraces, creating lawns, and planting or cutting perennials, shrubs, and trees. It requires paving skills, experience with nature, equipment, and machinery, reliability, physical resilience, independent and team work, customer friendliness, German language knowledge, and a class B or BE driver’s license.
