Description
North County Landscape Co. is hiring a Landscaping Crew Lead to supervise a 2–4-person crew and perform residential and commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement work. The role includes pruning, hedging, weeding, edging, planting, equipment operation, crew training, quality and safety oversight, and equipment reporting. Candidates need at least two years of landscape or lawn maintenance leadership experience, landscape-equipment experience, pruning and plant-care knowledge, a valid Washington driver's license, physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and must be at least 22 years old. The position pays $24–$27 per hour DOE, follows a Monday–Thursday schedule with some Fridays during peak season, and includes medical and vision insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, Washington paid sick leave, and a 401K retirement plan.
