CW Resources is hiring a Landscaping Lead at Newport Naval Station in Newport, Rhode Island. The role performs hands-on landscaping and grounds-maintenance work while guiding, training, organizing, and supervising crew members. It requires 2–3 years of landscaping or related outdoor experience, familiarity with landscaping tools, a valid driver’s license and RealID, and the ability to obtain and maintain government base access. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with nights and weekends as needed, and the position involves physically demanding outdoor work.
