CW Resources is hiring a Grounds Supervisor in Broward County, Florida, to lead and support commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance operations. The role includes training and directing team members, overseeing work quality and safety, assisting with mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and seasonal cleanup, keeping crews on schedule, resolving field problems, and conducting site inspections. The position requires 3 to 5 years of commercial landscaping or grounds maintenance experience, team-leadership experience, OSHA and safety knowledge, equipment operation ability, a valid driver’s license and REAL ID, and the ability to obtain and maintain access to a military facility. It pays $22.00 per hour and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
