The Universal Group is hiring a full-time Lane Closure Technician to set up, maintain, and remove traffic control measures in work zones across the Interior of British Columbia. The role leads traffic control personnel, directs motorists, monitors work zones, supports contractors, and ensures compliance with WorkSafeBC and other traffic-control regulations. Candidates need at least six months of BC LCT experience, current TCP certification, a clean driving record, and smartphone access. The position pays $24.84-$28.42, offers a $1,000 signing bonus for experienced LCTs, and requires availability five weekdays with occasional weekend work.
