The Universal Group is hiring a full-time Lane Closure Technician to support roadworker safety by setting up and tearing down worksites, directing traffic, completing pre-job paperwork, and communicating with drivers and crews. The role is dispatchable across Interior British Columbia, requires at least six months of BC LCT experience, a recognized TCP certification, a clean driving record, smartphone access, and availability for weekday shifts with occasional weekend work. Compensation is $23.64-$28.14, with a $1,000 signing bonus for experienced applicants and medical and dental coverage after the probationary period.
