The Lane Coordinator oversees vehicle movement and lane operations at an automotive auction, assigning vehicles to lanes, coordinating with auctioneers and Lane Assistants, verifying vehicle information, maintaining records, supporting paperwork, monitoring vehicle condition, and ensuring compliance with auction procedures and safety guidelines. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of experience in the car auction industry or a related role, strong communication and organizational skills, familiarity with auction procedures, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a physically demanding auction lot setting.
