Description
The Lapping Machine Operator independently operates and sets up lapping machines, performs lapping and fine machining of workpieces, monitors and optimizes the lapping process, conducts dimensional and quality inspections, documents production data, maintains equipment, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires practical technical skills, precision, reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn; production or metalworking experience is advantageous but not required, and comprehensive onboarding is provided.
