Grab is hiring a field-oriented Large Area Associate to work onsite in Jakarta and manage a high-density merchant territory. The role focuses on identifying high-potential merchants, providing growth consulting, building relationships, advising on delivery and digital solutions, driving campaign participation, and increasing adoption of ads, products, and pilots. Candidates need at least three years of relevant sales, business development, or account management experience, field or territory management experience, Excel and SQL skills, strong communication, and comfort with mobility across outer Jabodetabek.
