Google is hiring a Large Customer Sales Executive in Germany to sell and manage relationships with C-level executives and major international retail and eCommerce clients. The role develops joint business plans, delivers commercial growth solutions across Search, YouTube, and Measurement, provides data-driven consultative recommendations, and leads cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of relevant industry experience or 6 years with an advanced degree, advertiser or agency experience, Google product expertise, and fluent German. The position is a 17-month fixed-term contract with a base salary of €116,000–€118,000 plus a 60% bonus target.
