Pony.ai is hiring for an engineering role focused on building large-scale data processing pipelines, high-performance backend services, distributed architectures, system evaluation and simulation frameworks, observability and production reliability, and downstream LLM engineering workflows. The position requires strong C/C++ and Python programming, software design, mathematics and theoretical computer science knowledge, experience with large datasets and real-time systems, and a degree in computer science or a related field. Full-stack and statistical analysis experience are preferred.
