Description

Service Stream is seeking a LASE (Land Access, Stakeholder and Engagement) Advisor to join their team. This role involves leveraging land access expertise, stakeholder engagement, and compliance to enable telecommunications infrastructure delivery across Australia, particularly focusing on Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) environments. The advisor will report to the Land Access Manager and will be responsible for securing efficient land access, managing risks, and supporting project delivery.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telecommunications, land access, property, planning, or similar fields.
Proven experience working with Body Corporates / Owners Corporations, particularly within MDU environments.
Exposure to land ownership processes, including title searches and property identification.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence multiple parties.
Solid understanding of telecommunications legislation (Schedule 3) or similar regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to manage competing priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
Effective problem-solving capability.
