BESTpro Personalkonzepte GmbH is hiring an Assembly Department Manager / Assembly Production Manager in Remscheid for a full-time, 35–40-hour-per-week assignment under an employee-leasing arrangement. The role leads an industrial assembly department, manages productivity, quality, lead times, and deadlines, develops employees, and continuously improves production processes through Lean methods, KPI management, and preventive maintenance. Candidates need a technical degree or equivalent, several years of manufacturing leadership experience, practical assembly or production knowledge, Lean and KPI expertise, MS Office proficiency, and experience developing employees and managing change.
