Description
The employer is seeking a full-time Laser Cutting Machine Operator at a manager/supervisor experience level to set up, program, operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot laser cutting machines. The role involves configuring cutting parameters for materials including mild steel, stainless steel, galvanized iron, and aluminum; interpreting technical drawings, CAD files, and GD&T; using AutoCAD and SolidWorks; conducting quality inspections and maintaining documentation; performing preventive maintenance under TPM guidelines; and following safety and PPE requirements. An ITI or diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field, proven laser cutting experience, CAD proficiency, and knowledge of inspection tools, GD&T, and preventive maintenance are required.
