Konvert is hiring a full-time Laser Cutting Machine Operator to operate CNC-controlled laser cutting machines in a steel-structure production environment. The role involves loading and setting up CNC programs, handling materials, checking cut quality, programming the machine when needed, identifying deviations, improving processes, and maintaining a safe and tidy workplace. Candidates should have technical training in metalworking, mechanics, or a similar field, knowledge of CNC machine tools, accuracy, quality orientation, and safety awareness; ERP, Excel, or production-management software knowledge is advantageous, and shift work is required.
