Description
The role operates an Amada laser cutting machine and supports sheet-metal production by assembling parts, bending and punching metal products, setting up machines, loading programs, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. The position requires attention to detail, knowledge of sheet metal and tooling, measurement and fraction/decimal conversion skills, material identification, blueprint reading, and the ability to lift heavy items. Experience with Amada or similar CNC laser cutting machines, a high school diploma or GED, and a solid sheet-metal background are preferred.
