Description
REFAB is hiring a Laser Operator for its second shift. The role involves setting up, adjusting, and operating a laser; reading customer blueprints and work instructions; troubleshooting rejected parts; performing periodic quality inspections; and maintaining a clean workspace. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while previous metal fabrication or laser experience is preferred. The position also requires blueprint and work-instruction interpretation, mathematical calculation ability, and willingness to work overtime.
