Pursuit Aerospace is hiring a Laser Operator in Manchester, Connecticut to set up and run lasers, cut parts according to drawings and operation sheets, verify dimensions, complete first-piece inspections, maintain paperwork, and perform daily maintenance. The role is 100% on-site and a second-shift position, with a 3- to 6-month first-shift training period before transitioning to second shift. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, 2-4 years of job-related experience, U.S. work authorization without future sponsorship, and the ability to work under ITAR/EAR regulations; aerospace manufacturing experience and laser-system knowledge are preferred.
