Strong-Hold is hiring a Laser Operator for a second-shift manufacturing role operating Trumpf TruLaser 1040m and 1040a CNC fiber laser cutting systems. The operator will set up and calibrate machines, load and execute CNC programs, adjust cutting parameters, handle heavy steel sheets, inspect finished parts, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot processing issues, and maintain safety standards. The role requires technical aptitude, physical stamina, blueprint-reading ability, and the ability to pass drug, physical, and criminal background checks; prior CNC laser or precision sheet-metal fabrication experience is highly valued.
