Description
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining assigned machines, performing changeovers, completing safety observations, following standard work, verifying components, maintaining a clean work area, and producing electrical connectors on vertical bar machines. The role also includes quality checks with gauges, micrometers, and calipers, packaging finished parts, and meeting safety, quality, reliability, and customer-first standards. Required qualifications include previous machine operation experience, good math skills, experience with measuring instruments, the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for an eight- to 10-hour shift, and an HS Diploma or GED.
