Basin Industries is hiring a Laser Programmer/Operator in Sturgis, Michigan to prepare, operate, program, maintain, and troubleshoot laser cutting machines used for cutting and engraving parts and products. The role includes inspecting finished parts, selecting materials, maintaining production records, supporting lean manufacturing and 5S activities, and participating in the production team. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, two years of CNC programming experience, laser machinery operation skills, blueprint-reading ability, and manufacturing experience.
