The Laser Operator independently sets up and operates a 20 kW laser system, optimizes cutting jobs, checks dimensional accuracy and quality, monitors production stability, troubleshoots errors, performs maintenance, ensures material availability, and documents production orders. The role requires vocational training in the metal sector, experience with CNC-controlled laser systems, technical-drawing proficiency, independent structured work, and willingness to work in a two-shift system.
