InterSources Inc is hiring a full-time Laser Operator in Bessemer, Alabama, for a second shift from Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The role operates CNC laser cutting equipment, programs and nests parts, sets machine parameters, reads blueprints and measurements, and supports continuous improvement and safety goals. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and mechanical ability, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
