Description
Max Manufacturing is hiring a Laser Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC laser cutting equipment in a Central Oregon fabrication shop. The role involves loading and unloading materials, reading blueprints and work orders, adjusting machine settings, inspecting parts, performing maintenance, troubleshooting minor issues, maintaining production records, and following safety procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 1–3+ years of CNC or laser cutting experience, sheet metal fabrication experience, familiarity with CNC controls, blueprint-reading ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
