MVBA is hiring a Laser Operator to set up and operate laser cutting machines, monitor and check the cutting process, cut material according to technical specifications, fix minor equipment malfunctions, and document production data. The role requires technical training or relevant professional experience, technical understanding and manual skills, precision, responsibility, and willingness to work in a two-shift system. Experience with laser cutting systems is an advantage but not required, and the company offers modern machines, onboarding and training, and performance-based compensation.
