Description
The Laser Operator will operate, set up, and program laser systems and other machines; manufacture components and customer-specific products; verify production documentation; execute and report orders in the BDE system; support quality assurance and maintenance; monitor machine utilization; resolve errors and contribute to corrective actions; and maintain a clean, operational work area. The role requires technical or vocational training, preferably in metalworking or machine operation, technical-drawing literacy, quality awareness, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to take on leadership tasks.
