Description
WST FAB is hiring Laser Operators to manufacture parts using laser machine centers, load and unload materials, follow process instructions, complete documentation, coordinate with other shifts, perform basic machine maintenance, and comply with quality, safety, and sanitation regulations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read work orders and blueprints, use measuring devices, perform basic arithmetic, and communicate effectively. Pay is based on experience starting at $20 hourly, with a 12% shift premium for second- or weekend-shift work.
